- You can wire or Zelle the deposit of $250. Use “funding@oakstonelending.com” for Zelle or send an email to funding@oakstonelending.com for wire instructions.
- Once the deposit is received and title has the contracts, the money will be sent. No money will be sent until the deposit is received.
